Return Policy

At Scarlett Ann Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below. 

Change of Mind Returns 

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn 
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • The item shows no signs of damage, wear, or alteration 

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Sale or clearance items 
  • Gift cards 

Unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law. 

Refunds 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. 

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law 

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
